Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices listed include the statutory value-added tax and other pricing components. Any shipping costs will be added separately.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying in advance, by invoice, direct debit, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, they are obliged to pay the purchase price immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
If the buyer is in default of payment, Wu Wei is entitled to demand default interest at a rate of 5% above the base rate of the European Central Bank. If Wu Wei Welt can prove that greater damages have been incurred due to default, Wu Wei Welt is entitled to claim said damages.

(4) Shipping costs in Germany
Posters: 8.00 euros
Magazines and tickets: 2.90 euros
Other goods of all kinds: 4.90 euros 

(5) Shipping costs abroad
Posters: 16.00 euros
Magazines and tickets: 4.00 euros
Other goods of all kinds: 8.00 euros (to all EU countries)
Other goods of all kinds: 16.00 euros (to all non-EU countries)

Delivery

1) Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made from Wu Wei Welt's warehouse or from the publisher's distribution center Silberschnur (VAL), Steinstr. 1 in 56593 Güllesheim. In exceptional cases, we also commission the company Arvato, Headquarter, An der Autobahn 22 in 33333 Gütersloh to deliver to the delivery address provided by the purchaser. Please note that all information regarding availability, shipping or delivery of a product is only approximate and intended solely as a guideline. They do not represent binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates.


(2) In the case of a purchase involving shipment, the risk of accidental loss of the sold item shall only pass to the buyer upon delivery of the item to the buyer.
